What we process
What you enter in the contact form or the question form under a blog post: name, e-mail, phone (contact form only) and your message. This site sets no tracking or marketing cookies and builds no visitor profiles; only your language preference is kept locally in your browser (localStorage — it never leaves your device).
Why and on what basis
To answer your question and help you further (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps, art. 6.1.b–f GDPR). Your message is delivered by e-mail to [email protected] and not stored on the website. The site is hosted within the European Union; to prevent abuse the server briefly processes your IP address, and technical server logs are kept for at most 30 days.
Who receives your data
Our processors. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else. Our forms use a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile), which for that purpose processes your IP address and some browser signals — solely to prevent abuse, without tracking or profiling.
How long
As long as needed to follow up on your question, in line with the retention periods of a veterinary practice.
